Forms
The listening-session and contact forms collect your name, email address, city, interest and any message you write. We use them only to reply to your request and, if you tick the relevant box, to send you BRAM news.
Purchases
To process an order we handle your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, tax ID if you request an invoice with it, the products bought and the status of the payments. The legal basis is the performance of the sales contract and, for invoices, the legal obligation to keep them.
Card details are handled directly by Stripe; BRAM never sees or stores them. We keep order data while a guarantee or payments are outstanding and, after that, for as long as tax and commercial law requires.
Service providers
We use providers that process data on behalf of BRAM: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (order emails). We do not share data with third parties for any other purpose.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@hificafe.org. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
