Terms of purchase
This translation is provided for information only. The contract is concluded in Spanish and, in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
Seller

Prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT. The shipping cost depends on the destination and is shown in the basket before you pay. The price in force at the time of the order applies.
How to place an order
You choose the products, fill in the delivery and invoice details, accept these terms and pay on Stripe's secure page. The order is confirmed when we receive the first payment. We then send you an email with the summary and a private link to follow the order, see the payments and download the invoice.
The contract is concluded in Spanish. We keep an electronic copy of the order and of the version of these terms that was accepted.
Payment methods
You can pay by card and with the other methods that Stripe offers at any given time.
Opus I and Opus I Kit can also be paid in three interest-free instalments: 30 % when you reserve, 30 % before shipping and 40 % thirty days after delivery. When you reserve, you authorise the next two instalments to be charged to the same card on those dates. If a charge does not go through, we send you a link to pay it. We do not ship the order until we receive the second instalment.
Lead times
Products in stock leave within five working days of payment. Opus I and Opus I Kit are made or prepared to order: the estimated lead time is shown on the product page and we confirm it by email after the reservation. Delivery never exceeds thirty days from the order without your express agreement. If we are late for reasons within our control, you can cancel the order and get back everything you have paid.
Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you have fourteen calendar days from receiving the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. Just write to info@hificafe.org with your order number.
We refund what you paid, including standard shipping, within fourteen days of being told, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the product before refunding. The cost of returning it is yours. You are liable for any loss of value if you have handled the product more than necessary to check it; with the Kit, assembling the parts goes beyond that check.
Downloadable files, such as the DXF plans, cannot be withdrawn from once the download has started, because when you buy them you expressly consent to the download starting immediately and accept that you lose this right.
Guarantee
All new products carry the three-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a product does not conform, you can ask us to repair or replace it and, if that is not possible, for a price reduction or for the contract to be terminated.
For Opus I Kit, the guarantee covers each component supplied. It does not cover damage caused by assembly errors or by misuse of tools, unless the error results from shortcomings in BRAM's instructions.
Invoices
The invoice is issued once the order has been paid in full and can be downloaded from the order page. If you need it with a company or self-employed tax ID, say so when you place the order.
Complaints and applicable law
For any issue, write to us at info@hificafe.org. Official complaint forms are available to consumers. These terms are governed by Spanish law; if you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
