Shipping and returns
This translation is provided for information only. The contract is concluded in Spanish and, in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
Destinations
We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the countries of the European Union. From the shop we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside the European Union, because these require customs formalities; write to us and we will look for a solution.
You can also collect your order in Barcelona, free of charge and by appointment.
Shipping cost
The cost depends on the destination and is shown in the basket before you pay. Opus I travels in two boxes and Opus I Kit in four: each pair has its own rate, with transport insurance included. Drivers, crossovers and accessories pay a single rate per order.
When your order arrives
The carrier delivers the boxes to the order address. Transport is insured. Check the boxes in front of the courier and, if any arrives damaged, note it on the delivery note. If you find damage when you open them, write to us with photos as soon as possible so that we can claim from the carrier. This does not limit your guarantee rights.
Returns
To return a product, write to info@hificafe.org with your order number and we will tell you how to send it. Opus I and Opus I Kit travel in made-to-measure packaging: keep it during the withdrawal period, because it is the safe way to return them.
